All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 service charge per site/rental, and are subject to the one (1) night non-refundable security payment. The balance will be given in the form of a rain check only. To be eligible to receive a rain check for the balance of your payment, K&L must receive the cancellation notice fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in date for sites, and twenty-one (21) days prior to check-in date for rental units. Rain checks are not given for bad weather or for early check-outs. We also do not charge extra for sunshine. You will be held responsible to pay for all sites/rentals and the number of nights reserved.
